Five cleaning visits per week, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Approximately 1½ hours per visit; actual time may vary.
Monday–Thursday evening service.
Friday’s cleaning may be completed Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, provided it is finished before Monday.
Starting at $450 per month, with the opportunity for an increase following a 90-day performance review.
Responsibilities
Clean offices, restrooms, and common areas according to the assigned checklist.
Remove trash, replenish restroom supplies, and complete scheduled floor care.
Follow cleaning-product instructions and safety procedures.
Record actual hours worked and report unfinished tasks, supply shortages, damage, or building concerns.
Protect client property and follow building security procedures.
What we’re looking for
A dependable cleaner who pays attention to detail, follows the assigned checklist, communicates concerns, and is ready to work independently. Commercial cleaning experience is preferred; training is provided.
